Does music make you feel like I feel? Sometimes I wanna look for a lost love or grab the one in my life. Sometimes I wanna call my mama and tell her I love her or cry because I'm incomplete. It's sooooo powerful. I think music could just be the next most powerful thing to a revelation from God. It touches on so much than just your sense of hearing. If you're at a live performance, the energy of the band, the mood of the artist, the music if you can feel it in your seat, the sight of lovers holding hands or the sweat on the backup singer's heads....any and all of that combined with the strumming of a guitar, the bang of a drum, and the angelic and sultry or soulful and boisterous voice of an artist that brought their A game can send you into a spiral. Sometimes I hear a live performance of one of my favorite songs and wanna express all the emotions it puts off. Is it just me?

YES! YES i do!!! I can listen to a song like "you joy" by Crisette Michelle and just cry and cry and cry EVERYTIME i hear it because it reminds me of my daddy...music moves me like NOTHING else...in the depths of my soul
Its not just you ... I feel the exact same way... music defintely makes the world go wrong. I dont know what i would do if I didnt have music... from the time I turn my computer on at work something has to be blaring out of the speakers of my laptop or I cant even function properly. Everyone hear laughs at me because I usually start off the day with some gospel and by the time I leave there is all kinds of cussing coming from the speakers... but I have a wide range of music that I love. Each one touches a different part of my soul.
