The Workout

Couple push ups and some military press
Gotta get sweaty, a must for muscular success

Gotta hit the 'crete, got the jump rope twirlin'
Two bare feet, huge calves exposed then

Hit a couple dips, get the triceps bulgin'
Four times a hundred what my quads be movin'

Not an early bird but still get it crackin'
Tight abs and obliques, that's what's happ'nin

Hit a couple laps inhalin' and exhalin'
Hit the heavy back with the right then the left hand

For you and your hands and the eyes of your friends
Gotta body like granite, try to understand
